be positive. be happy

Cheers! Jurdy here today to talk about how important it is to have a positive attitude and to think about happy things. Why? Because when I think about positive things, I feel really good! So here's what I do:

· Each day when I wake up I think about all the good things in my life that make me happy. My family, my friends, my fun toys and games..

· I tell myself each morning that I'm only going to focus on those happy things and am going to be thankful that I have them.

· I know that no matter what anyone else says to me or how they behave towards me, I am the only one who has control over how I feel and how I act.

· I tell myself each day that I'm going to be positive and happy and that I'm not going to let anyone change that. If someone doesn't treat me nicely or upsets me, I tell myself "just be happy and be positive, don't let them ruin your mood".

· I find that the more I do this, the better I feel and the more happy things and people I bring into my life.

· I then go to bed at night being thankful for such a happy day. That way, I wake up the next morning .... happy!
